Sit
down with your team (or indeed with your Accountant and your team)
with a white board. On the board, you write the following:

GIVE ME AS MANY REASONS AS YOU CAN WHY A CUSTOMER SHOULD DEAL
WITH US

Ask
everyone to contribute their answers which you write on the board.

When
you've finished, go through each point in turn asking whether one
of your competitors would say the same thing about themselves.

For
every 'YES' answer RUB OUT THE POINT

If
there's absolutely nothing left on the board, you've got a problem.
Either you haven't got a uniqueness or you haven't been able to
find a way to make people know about it. |
